These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mureut mobile apps (iOS and Android, bundle identifier com.stocel.mureut) and the website at mureut.stocel.com (together, "Mureut" or the "Service"), operated by Stocel ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Mureut is a chronotype-aware focus timer. The app runs on your device and does not require an account. You can optionally join the waitlist on our website by providing your email address. For details on how your data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 14 years old (Korea) or 13 years old (United States / other jurisdictions) to use the Service. By using Mureut, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Subject to these Terms, Stocel grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the "Mureut" name and logo, is owned by Stocel and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
If you obtain the Mureut mobile app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the applicable store. In case of conflict between these Terms and the store's terms with respect to your relationship with the store, the store's terms apply to that relationship.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that timer notifications will deliver under all device or operating-system conditions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STOCEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. STOCEL'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED, IN THE AGGREGATE, ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate the Service, in whole or in part, without prior notice if we believe such action is necessary to comply with law, protect users, or preserve the integrity of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and, for waitlist subscribers, using the one-click unsubscribe link in any email. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, post a notice on the website before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
